From high performance to a different understanding of what it means to thrive.
I grew up in Liverpool and built my early career as an employment lawyer at Clifford Chance and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
It was a world where success was measured by achievement, productivity and external validation. I learned a great deal there about high expectations, workplace pressure and what high performance really demands of people.
In 2019 I was diagnosed with ADHD. It changed how I understood my brain, my relationship with conventional expectations, and the ways I'd been trying to operate. It also sparked a fascination with human behaviour, self-understanding and sustainable performance that led me into coaching.
At 31, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy followed. Going through treatment and recovery transformed how I understood resilience, identity and what my body could do. It showed me, very directly, the limits of a high-performance culture that treats capacity as endless.
It also showed me my own strength. Not the kind that pushes through at any cost, but the kind that rebuilds, adapts and keeps moving towards what matters. That experience sits at the heart of my work today.
Alongside all of this, I've coached hundreds of hours with neurodivergent and ambitious clients, co-founded a corporate neurodiversity consultancy, and trained as a breathwork facilitator.
My story isn't about having everything figured out. It's about continuing to investigate what it means to live well, pursue meaningful goals and build a life that supports your actual needs.
Professional credibility, coaching expertise, embodied practice and lived experience.
I understand high-pressure environments because I've worked in them. I understand neurodivergence personally and professionally, without assuming anyone's experience mirrors mine. And cancer taught me that physical capacity isn't unlimited, and that strength often looks different from how we imagine it.
I also genuinely love movement and performance. SoulCycle, running, yoga, Pilates and endurance training are a big part of my life, and I'm fascinated by how physical and mental performance meet, and by the importance of recovery.
I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty and humour. I can talk executive functioning and workplace systems one minute, and identity, self-worth and how you actually want to live the next.
